Courtney Ethridge
Principal
Mrs. Courtney Ethridge joined our Resurrection leadership team in 2024 as assistant principal, and then was hired as principal in 2025.
Mrs. Ethridge previously had been a teacher here for 14 years, teaching 7th and 8th grade Language Arts, where she loved introducing students to Edgar Allan Poe and helping them explore the life of Anne Frank.
Mrs. Ethridge feels blessed to now be in a role where she has the opportunity to support the staff and families here.
"We have such an amazing staff and so many wonderful people here," Mrs. Ethridge said. "It's a great place to work, and the icing on the cake is that I get to send my kids to school here, too!"
Mrs. Ethridge also loves being able to live out her Catholic faith while at work every day.
"I love working at a Catholic school because I love praying with students," Mrs. Ethridge explained. "God is always there when we need Him, and it's nice to be able to talk to Him whenever we need to."
Joe Keith
Assistant Principal
Mr. Joe Keith joined the Resurrection staff straight out of college in 2013, and he loved it so much that he and his family have planted deep roots here. Mr. Keith began teaching at Resurrection shortly after graduating from Indiana University and has worked here ever since. During that time, he taught algebra, 7th and 8th grade theology, and technology as part of his duties as Technology Coordinator. He also served as the parish Director of Religious Education and as the Youth Minister from 2017-2019 and 2017-2021 respectively. In the 2026-2027 school year, we welcomed Mr. Keith to a new role, our Assistant Principal!
"I look forward to being of more service to the students and staff of Resurrection," Mr. Keith said. "My role as Technology Coordinator has allowed me to be a resource for the whole school and not just in my own classroom, and I am grateful for the opportunity now to serve in a more dedicated capacity. "
Mr. Keith has already been an asset to our school, particularly through his leadership with technology and school systems. In his new role, is able to devote more time to supporting technology needs while also assisting with discipline, helping lead when Mrs. Ethridge is out, and supporting staff and students in day-to-day operations.
